What can we do about Miltary?

Do you find it strange that we can not secure our own borders but we are still maintaining bases in Germany and Europe to secure their borders!!

Since the end of the "Cold War"and the "Wall" coming down, what are we really doing in Europe? Why don't we bring those troops back to the USA and let them secure our borders? Why don't we let those troops help in areas of the USA that need assistance after disasters? Why do we not have these troops at home so that the economy of the areas they have bases can benefit? Instead we are pumping millions of dollars into the European market and countries. We are supporting local economies of other countries when our country needs the support and jobs. People complain that we ship jobs to Mexico and Asia, well our current situation has shipped thousands of jobs to Europe and Irag!!.
